In Marietta, coffee shops cluster around downtown offices, college campuses and the main commercial streets of residential neighborhoods, and the independents usually close by mid-afternoon while chains stay open into the evening. Across Georgia, drive-thru coffee stands and kiosks fill the gap in suburbs and along highways, and roasters often sell bags and brewing gear at the counter. Check the listing for hours, whether the cafe takes mobile orders, and its Google rating and recent reviews; parking is easiest at suburban locations, while downtown shops rely on street meters or nearby garages. We've been coming by to this cafe for over a year now and the consistency of the gluten free pastries has noticeably declined. We've mentioned our concerns to the staff about the pastries before but they don't seem to care enough to do anything differently. The issue has been that the gluten free cookies and muffins in particular have frequently varied a lot when it comes to the way they are baked. Most notably the GF Chocolate chip cookies frequently come out all manner of different ways, sometimes very doughy and soft, other times very crumbly and dry, they could be underbaked or burnt, and the sizes can fluctuate a lot as well. We've even gotten GF Blueberry Muffins that tasted more like lemon than blueberries with many of the same issues as the cookies. It's absurd that it's been so long and they haven't been able to get a handle of keeping the pastries consistent since they used to be far more consistent. The best we got from the team leaders that we spoke to at the time (since no manager was on site at the time) was that they had new bakers that were still learning the ropes... But I don't expect it takes upwards of six months to learn the ropes for baking. Frankly this has b

Nice non-corporate coffee shop. Delicious pastries and coffee. Get the chocolate cake! Also offers private meeting room and drive thru. 10/10

Love this place! My favorite cinnamon rolls in the area. However, I just wanted to give the community a heads up that there seems to be a bad problem with flies as of recent. So if you come, I would advise passing on the baked goods until the flies can be contained (I saw 10 flies just in the bakery case alone - while the staff was doing their best swatting them away, they continued to land on the pastries). It also appears that the outer dining area has not / is not being cleaned. Still love the drinks & staff, but just some things to make consider before your next visit!

Their gluten free muffins are AWESOME! The coffee is great and love they offer a 20oz grande. Their other danish/pastries/cookies and muffins look soooo good, too, and are huge! I'm so happy they had some gf items to try. Nikki and her crew at the Grind are awesome, just outstanding. Shout out to Charlie-her cheerful personality will brighten anyone's day! Great find, highly recommend!!!

Nice coffee shop, very busy, I had an ice caramel coffee and it was tasty. I did bring some work, It's loud in there so didn't get a ton of work done. But I like the atmosphere. Update I've been coming here for a while. Still very busy and hard to hear the baristas call your drink order. Good options for hot drinks.
